How it works
Choose the data sources and groups the service is allowed to access. Each company has its own workspace.
Set the tasks, schedule, usage allowance and approval rules. Start with a small workflow you can check.
Agents prepare the work. You review reports, approve consequential actions and pause services when needed.
The experience around the work
A managed service includes the moments when work is delayed, a connection needs attention or you need a person to help.
Notices identify the affected services, the planned window and whether new work is paused. Your portal shows notices relevant to your company.
Send a support request from your company workspace. It stays linked to the right company so you can track it there.
Paused work is not silently replayed. Check the service state and activity history before resuming anything that could affect your business.
Published platform notices
This preview shows the support and maintenance experience being built. Response-time commitments will be agreed during onboarding; none are promised here.
Before you begin
Yes. One client account can contain multiple companies, with separate services, members, records and connections.
The scope determines who is affected. A platform issue can affect everyone, a service issue affects companies using that service, and a company connection issue affects that company. Relevant notices explain whether new work is paused.
Not automatically. Maintenance and payment status are separate. Any credit or billing adjustment needs an agreed policy and review.
The affected paid service stops accepting new work. Your records and billing access remain available. Separately paid services and other companies are not automatically stopped.
Each workflow needs defined permissions and approval rules. Consequential actions should be checked by Governor and routed for human approval where required.
Start small. Make it useful.
